I am waiting for 3 months for a answer to my claim

A few months after taking out a loan last year, i was retrenched at the end of last year. I started the claims procedure at the end of December 2012 and submitted all documents requested. Nobody has since called me to inform if the claim has been processed or not. I keep getting calls being asked for the same documents by different employees who are not able to give me contact numbers to call back. All i get is 086... fax numbers.

I was last called by Lebohang who asked to email him the documents AGAIN, and this has been more than 2 weeks ago. I have even sent him an email requesting feedback, but nothing as yet. I am currently unemployed and have been just able to make the repayments thus far.

Please help me understand why nobody can give their numbers etc so that i could have called to check the status of the claim.

I even went into the branch to get an answer and i was told to call the call center myself.
