CLAIM NOT PAID

I registered my claim about a month ago and was told to submit all my documents, on the 20th May 2013, all the documents requested was sent to the claims department via email, i recd a read receipt proving that they have received the documents, on the 21st i called the agent has confirmed it and told me to call back the next day as i needed to know who was the Examiner, when i called the next day another agent said that they still cannot tell me who was the examiner as the claim wasn't worked with, i called back today 27th May 2013, to get the same answer. Today is seven days and it hasn't worked with, i do not get it all documents proves i was admitted in hospital and even what meds i was on what else do they need to work on the claim, its funny how when an agent calls you to take the insurance they do not tell you that you will have to wait so many days to see if your claim will be rejected or approved. They assure you that should you provide all the relevant documents your claim will be paid out within three days. There is no problems when the money is being deducted everymonth. i really need to re-think about this hospital plan and also need inform everyone whom i referd to aig
