Same documents requested by the Call Centre
I have a Banking relation with Standard Bank of more than 12 yrs. But now it seems as if Std Bank does not value me as a customer. I applied for a Building Loan and it was approved. All the documents that the Bank wanted have been submitted, each time when I contact the Call Centre I get the same response of outstanding documents, the very same documents that I have already submitted. Everyday I am suffering negatively financially, I have loan approved but I cannot get hold of the funds. I hope someone senior in Std Bank who values customer service, who knows what they are doing will attend this complain. All documents have been submitted.
