Call centr incompetence

Claim cc000 81075 was lodged, I have been trying to get the OK to proceed with the garage. I can not get any sense out of the call centre. Daphne 087 736 7711 does not answer her phone. I complained and was advised that a supervisor would call me. Nothing has occurred.
I have dealt with Bowrings, now FNB, for thirty years and was always able to resolve difficulties by phone. this now seems impossible as I have to spend far too much time on the phone trying to get hold of someone who can handle the problem.
Kindly put me in touch with someone who can do this so that I can finalize the claim, which was entirely the fault of the other party. Needless to say I will terminate my insurance on the anniversary date as I really can not deal with an incompetent company
