I am trying to speak to someone in the claims call centre and have been on hold now for 40 minutes. I am a third party trying to follow up on a claim for a motor vehicle accident that took place on 08 March 2013. I was told by the other party that FNB Insurance Brokers would be in contact with me on 26 March 2013. I have heard nothing to date. Please can someone get back to me as I would like to get my car repaired and it has been over a month already!
