Third party claim delays, no feedback, no contact

On the 7th February there was an accident our vehicle was involved in, our vehicle is an old model extra car we have, so was not insured, it resulted in a third party claim. Mr Geel is the client of Mutual and Federal and we are the 3rd party. Initially Mr Geel's brokers dealt with submission of the claim, but after not getting feedback for weeks i followed up with Mutual and Federal directly. I received proof from the broker that all required docs were submitted 06/03/2013. i spoke to Sipiwe Dladla on 05/04/2013, he informed me he works with the claim and has NO third party docs, i resubmitted and confirmed receipt the same day. The assesor has been to the vehicle last week and his report submitted. Yet since 05/04/2013 i have not been able to reach Siphiwe telephonically or via email. I have been on hold for 2hours 12 minutes today in one call. Then requested his supervisor for who i am on hold now for 40minutes, no luck. Or my calls are placed on hold and just cut off after being on hold for hours at a time. I have left messages every time i have phoned - it is IMPOSSIBLE that not him nor his supervisor could answer or return any call!!! I want answers and progress ASAP
