Winburg Branch Manager doesn, t answer Emails

I requested that a stop order that is normally due on the 1st of every month to be cancelled well in advance. Manager requested an Email and responded with a read receipt. So... you guessed it... the stop order still went through on the 1st April. I have sent him a number of Emails and he refuses to answer. asked him by Email to reverse payment... do response or any reply. Shame on you Absa
