Disgusting Service

I called FNB Insurance Brokers yesterday and explained to them that I have a leaking geyser. No one to date has called me to notify me the status of my claim. I pay way in excess of market standards and norms for this premium and the service is shocking. I called the call centre and was transferred to 6 different operators today. They have to differentiate between Hollard and FNB claims. NOT MY PROBLEM. I finally speak to Lisa Kheswa and tell her that I am on Hello Peter as we speak to let the world know how appalling the service is with her institution. She then tells me Daphne is allocated to my claim. Daphne calls me and wastes my time by asking me the exact same questions that I was asked when I notified the organization of my geyser problems. Daphne, only now after me having to have to express my woes on Hello Peter decides that she will send a plumber out to me. What an un-responsive, re-active bunch of individuals.
