Wermarket debited my account without my authority, since well I didn't know anything about them I contacted my bank which is capitec with the intetion to reverse the debit order. To my suprise the bank told me they cannot reverse the debit order until they get an authorisation letter from wermarket. I mean for heaven sake I am capitec's cliet not wermarket so I should be protected by the bank not the other way around. I even try to phone their customer care and I spoke to a very rude consultant, she just told me thers nothing she can di for me because I am the one who gave wermarket my detail, futhermore she said I must just go to the nearest branch and close my account. Atleast now I know what kind of bank capitec is, I will close my account on monday the 2_09-2013.
