Change of banking details (refund)

I was retrenched end of Aug 2012 and didnt work till Feb 2013. I went to Africn Bank to make arrangements and even gave them the banking details that they should start deducting from end of Feb 2013, thy went and still deduct from my other account and now I struggle to get the back coz it wasnt even intended for me it was paid in for my boyfriend. Went to a branch they said they cant do anything< They put me through to head office I spoke to some guy who said I must just send the bankstatement as proof of the deduction and a copy of my Id. I did that on Monday 25 Feb and I still did not hear from them. That guy said the fax will go straaight to the administrators and they will refund me. The consultant at the branch even faxed the documents and ever since I didnt hear from them. My boyfriend was suppose to do something urgently with that money and they just went and took it. I'm tired of waiting I want that refund ASAP coz its causing problems between my boyfriend and I. I would appreciate it if i can get an answer today 27 Feb 2013 and my refund or just give me a letter saying that Capitec can reverse the transaction for 22 Feb 2012. Your immediate response is awaited.
