Poor Service "NOT KNOWING WHAT YOU SUPPOSE TO DO"

Yesterday i got SMS form Capitac Bank saying The debit order has been processed on my account then today at 09:43 morning i went to Capitac Bank at Andries street Die Meent, 266 Ptretorius street, Pretoria. I got the lady name Karabo Mnisi at the door. I told her that i want to reverse the money that was took from my account then she told me that they are no longer reverse the money i need to go to the Company that took the money to write the letter so that they can reverse my money. I felt that she is not helping then i go to the other branch.

I went to Capitec Bank at Pretorious street where i got the lady at the door and she told me to go and speak with the consultant. Mr Macheke help me in such that he checked on the system and give me the solution. Thank you very much my bother if it was not your help we need people like you to help our country.

I failed to understand why i did not get help from Karabo. I dont know how you give a person to be Manager then you get this kind of service.
