Lack of workminship at back office support

I have registered myself under debt review and received correspondence from my Debt review consultant that I was fully registered at all companys and the whole of the Credit Bereau on 20/11/2013. I was supplied with all legal documents to stop my debit orders at my bank - In this case Capitec Bank.
I took in the forms on the 21 st but as I said above I was allready registerd with all companies as a debt review client on the 20th. S Monday the 25th came angd guess what my debit orders that was suppose to be stopped got deducted on e Capitec and one Capfin. So I went to my closest Branch Capitec Claremont to query what was going on. Apperanly back office never received my documents so the lady forwarded the documents agian and Back office reassured her that by thursday everything should be sorted out and my money for the debit orders will be paid back into my account by Friday.
Thursday I went in for bankstatements and decided to follow up on the situation when I was told again that the backoffice did not complete yet but my mone will be in my account by Friday 5 o clock. Friday 5 o clock came and went and up and untill today I am still waiting!!!
Capitec Back office please wake!
