Dont Insure with ABSA IDirect

You will never be able to cancel your policy. I have been trying in vain to cancel my policy and never received a response to one of my emails. And once again the debit order were put through today and I am paying for a car that I don't have anymore. They refuse to respond because they know in this manner they can still get more premiums out of me. I left ABSA bank and went to FNB because I receivied similar services from the bank itself. They are just not interested in customer care at all.
