Could someone please investigate previous correspondance between myself and Renata Prosad from Credit Life Absa (May 2012) regarding the family of late Basil Roy Hufkie trying to claim / conclude a life policy of which Basil was the member. Absa claims there's no beneficiary but cannot proof that Basil did not provide his surviving spouse Beatrice Hufkie as the beneficiary. I am still paying this policy trying to get it resolved and my premiums paid since his death to be reimbursed to me which at this stage is about R2000.00 in total and I refuse to cancel this policy until Absa does something as it is unfair that this policy has been paid and that Absa has been accepting payment for so many years and now claims that there's no beneficiary and we will forfeit the policy if we cancel. This is a rip off.
