I had a debit order gone off my account from ABSA Idirect. I am not a client of ABSA or Idirect. I contact their call centre on 14 February and informed them of the problem. I emailed my bank statement to them.
I have been emailing then for a response to the matter but my emails get read but nothing gets done. On the 2 of March another debit order went off my account which caused my account to be overdrawn and my bank charged me a fee of R95.
When will ABSA first sort out my account and secondly confirmed banking accounts before placing a debit order on them.
