Billing and Bad Attitude

I cancelled my Auto&General insurance with African independent, i received confirmation that the insurance was cancelled. To my surprise the debit order still went through from my account and i was not advised that the payment might still go through, African Independent did not stop the debit order from going through. Makgotso, the lady who i spoke to gave me such attitude, i don't where your consultants get the nerve to shout at clients, she did all the talking, hardly gave me a chance to talk. I am really disappointed with level of service that i got from you and i wouldn't recommend your services to anyone i know. As a result of this i have suffered bank charges from my bank as i had to reverse those debit orders myself, Your company did nothing to help except shift the blame that its not their fault the debit order went through. Your consultants should be sent for business etiquette trainings, Makgotso if this is how you deal with your clients, you are really costing your company!!!
