I want to cancel this program as I feel that it's a total waste of my time and money as I'm not swiping the card. I'm banking with FNB and I'm not paying to be rewarded (EBUCKS). I want to be contacted ASAP regarding this, I'm using my ABSA account just for some of my debit orders, I'm also going to post this email on Hellopeter as I have sent emails to ABSA twice and I have not been contacted regarding those emails I've sent to date, which is pathetic as there is a Turnaround time to respond to emails. If FNB can do it so can ABSA and any other financial institution.
ABSA is ripping customers off for making them pay for rewards already ABSA Bank charges are ridiculous, that's why I switched banks in the first place.
So many institutions have similar programs and you don't pay e.g.: Clicks, Woolies, DISCHEM only to name a few.
