So, I complained earlier last month that no-one was getting back to me to open my platinum account. Within a day, a lady contacted me and sorted it out, stating however, that a prestige banker would contact me. To date, 2 months later, no-one has contacted me.
I cannot deal with this level of incompetence and have to login to hello peter to report disgusting service which seems the only way things get dealt with.
Please close my accounts that we opened last month, I really don't want to bank with ABSA who treat their clients with the attitude that we have to beg for service. Terrible!
