Incident occurred on the 17th Jan 2013. Required third party claim forms were filled in with the required documents and sent to M&F.
It is almost three months since the incident and I am yet to recieve any feedback from a M&F representative despite my various forms of enquiry. I have sent official complaints and enquiries to Customer Care, consultants, team leaders etc.this has yielded no response, only the computer generated "no-reply" responses to confirm my mails have been received.
I have just tried four different telephone numbers to try and get some clarity and I am only further appalled at being placed on hold for an excess of 30 minutes!
I have never received such shocking and disappointing service, which leaves only one conclusion, M&F Customer Care is non-existent.
