On the 30th of September 2013 a client of Mutual & Federal bumped her vehicle against mine in Doornpoort, Pretoria.
The claim was lodged with M&F and all the required documentation was sent through to them, the assessor appointed came to look at my vehicle and his report was also sent through to M&F. Today is the 9th of December 2013, I haven't received any feedback from M&F yet, although I phone them weekly to hear what is going on, but they always ask me for my details and promise to get back to me. It has been two months and nothing has happened, my vehicle is still standing in my garage as I can't drive with it, the damage on the vehicle was quoted at more than R59 000.00.
