Disgusting Service & Attitude from Mutual&Federal

A client of Mutual and Federal bumped into me on the 5th of March 2013. All documentation required to be submitted by myself to M&F was submitted within two days of the accident. The best part is that a month later i have still not heard from M&F. A claim number has been generated and still no word from M&F, I have called consistently for three weeks and till now have not been able to get in contact with anyone. I have been transferred by reception to the likes of Siphiwe Dadla, Racheal Reats, and someone called Pulichee but have not spoken to anyone of them. The calls always disconnect, and no one bothers to return the calls. This has been the most frustrating month of my life. I have read all the complaints on Hello Peter, and the responses from M&F are like system generated responses. Is it so difficult to call a client and say to the person: "we are busy with our claim, and will keep you informed". But not to hear from anyone for a month, what sort of service is this? Are you guys at M&F running a business or some sort of fly by night company? Are your shareholders aware of the sort of service that is being delivered daily, or rather not being delivered
