Mutual and Fedral is playing with my future!

Hope that you are well. On the 14th February 2013 I completed the necessary claim forms, as I was about to leave Mutual & Federal as from the 27th March 2013. These were submitted to Elize Brough on the same date.

I called the Old Mutual Contact Centre (today) as well as their IT department and they have confirmed, that they have received the electronic confirmation of retraction from the Old Mutual fund, but not my actual claim forms that I submitted to Elize. I called Elize again and she confirmed that she submitted everything electronically to Old Mutual.

Once again I phoned them (Old Mutual) and they confirmed that they need, and have not received the claim forms. So, basically I have lost so much time due to the fact that someone is not doing/following up as what they are supposed to do.

Please can you assist me in sorting this matter, as I was in Mutual and Federal's employment for ten years, and we are talking about a lot of money here that I need to get out of Old Mutual and reinvest.

Awaiting your reply urgently before we take this matter to Executive.
