Mutaul and Federal lack of client care and service

A month ago I logged a claim (no.121648209) and till today I have not yet even received a call back from any of the consultants. I am the one that does all the calls to Mutual and Federal and doing enquiry or follow up as to the progress of the claim and each time I was advised to submit other new documents and info relating my claim. The consultant that is dealing with the cliam, Naeem Ismail does not reply or return to any of my emails even after promising that he will and after leaving mgs via their reception. After numerous calls I managed contact with him last week where advised me that he is processing the claim as we spoke. I notified their claims dept. team leader and complaints dept... yesterday morning regarding this issue thill the hourl left me with no results. No client service, and fail to deliver. Do I start looking out for other insurance quotes?
