I had a credit card with african bank which i have paid in full. i lost the card and would like to be reissued with a new card. im being told different stories, when i enquire at customer care departnment. ive spoken to different agents and was told that im owing an amount which ineed to pay to have it reissued . i went to the branch yesterday to have the replacement card and to updated my surname. they told me that the sysytem is giving them a flag . i called today and i spoke to Thandeka Nene, she told me that the banking details i had provided for, the account has been closed. i gave them my new cheque acount banking details, yesterday and was advised that they have been updated. i am being given a run around? someone get bacjk to me please and advise of the actual reason for the flag
