Early this year I upgraded to prestige banking, I was very happy with the service that I had received as my credit card was delivered within a couple of days and I also I had received a call advising me that my card had been sent to the ABC branch on West street, Durban. Upon collection, I was expecting to receive two cards being a cheque card and a credit card, however I was told that the cheque card had not requested, that I would to follow up with the card division. I immediately called the Prestige banking call centre and I was told that the cheque card had been ordered and I would be notified by my prestige banker once delivered to chosen branch (ABC) or I will receive an automated message from the card division. Needless to say, I never received any notification from anybody, eventually yesterday I called the Prestige call centre to enquire, only to be told that, the card had been sent to the ABC branch on 26th February and it was ready for pick up. Today I went to pick up the card at collections counter and I stood for 13h30 minutes only to be told, "sorry" your card has been sent back today, because we only keep cards for 55 days only.
