African Bank
Credit Card Still not activated

I went to African Bank on the 14th of September to finalise my credit card/loan application. I provided all paperwork and required details, and did the credit card activation. I was told the card would be activated in a short while. So today, 2 days later, the card is still not active??? I find this so unacceptable, I have never experienced such frustration with a banking institution!!! Why do you advertise something that you cannot deliver on!!! SORT THIS OUT!!!
