Failure to furfill basic services

I have had the following problems with standard bank:

1. i updated my personal details at standard bank greenstone as i could not register for the ucount program. it took many phone calls after this to sort out this problem.

2. my cheque card expired. i was not notified of this or that i needed to pick up my new card at the branch. i only found this out when upon trying to make a payment my card declined.

3. upon going to the branch today to see if my card was there, they had said that it has been sent back to the card division. Again, i was not notified of the card being there or that they were going to send it back.

4. upon phoning the card division, the operator ask me to verify my details. all the details i had updated at the greenstone branch were still not reflecting on my account. i told the operator that i had updated my details at the branch. After requested the card and getting it approved to be sent back, the operator arrgently told me to update my details at the branch, which i told him i had done.

i am totaly disgusted at this lack of service. i have been a customer of standard for over 15 years and had to take time of work to pick up my card.
