GOOD DAY i opened up a new FNB account and closed my Nedbank account
I made a transfer of R4000 to account 62231908560-my old FNB loan account which is already settled.
The account the funds need to be transfered to is 62344344924 in the name of Z. MOTAN
this was done on the 18th March, i was stranded in Durban with no cash had to borrow money every week i call i get a different answer, calls are recorded please go ahead and check them, Today Anthea tells me there is no response as yet from Admin, our call gets cut off and no one bothers to call me back, I cannot believe that i am begging FNB to pay me my own money back i have a REF. number 917749 Which i got from your Gateway branch in Durban-sitting and wasting my time there... what more am i suppose to do. I am tired of calling and hearing a load of bull. I would have understood if u said yes it takes so many days... But everytime they say 24 hrs 48 hrs 72 but now there is no hours u will submit an urgent request. I dont think this is fair! Please can this be sorted out now! i am not going to call back on this number :0861404040.
