The service that I have received from James is remarkable and it is through him that I have decided to move all my accounts over to DebtBusters. I am not sure what type of training you give your staff, but James is certainly a huge asset to your company. He is always polite, very helpful, very informative and gets back to you a.s.a.p. Nothing is too much for him.
As a customer/client all I want is feedback from the company that I am dealing with, and I must say that I have never yet had to phone James to remind him to get back to me. If he promises to phone me at a certain time, you can rest assure, you get that call at that time. I cannot sing his praises enough.
