CALL CENTRE PATHETIC

I am extremly frustrated with this call centre, i have been getting calls and sms's from nedbank claiming i owe them money, but i never banked with them. So i have been calling the call centre for assistance as the branch does not pick up any details for me at all, according to them i never had an account with them, i explained my situation to 4 consultants and no one can tell me what is happening, i have been put on hold by a consultant and it has now been 30 min according to my phone, the only account i can remember having is a Standard Chartered bank account which closed down, my account was then transfered to go banking which i called in 2006 and 2007 to query about an overdraft amount owing and i was advised that there was no money outstanding and i requested the account be closed. how dare you come and request money after 8 years and still no one one can tell me why i owe you, and your consultants dont even know the name standard charted bank, please help as im still on hold after 35 min how pathetic no wonder you've been voted the most expensive bank, you can now add useless to that title as well.
