I logged a claim with FFW insurance as my car was bumped. My main insurance however didnt cover the damage as it was less than R3500.I tried the touch-up plan for smaller damages for minor dents and scratches. I however didnt recieve feedback after assesment and I phoned in at FFW.Iwas assisted by Milley who regularly kept me informed either telephonically or via e-mail. I found her service very proffesional and she went the extra mile. Although she was not even handling my claim I felt that I got a better service from her than the person who was handling my claim.
