I closed my account with Nedbank on the 10-01-2013. On the 8-02-2013 funds was transferred into this "closed" account. I went to the bank yesterday on the 11-02-2013 to find out why the transfer-ed funds was not being bounced back to the sender if the account was closed. The lady informed that the account was definitely closed, I said if the account is closed why has the funds not returned to the sender, she didn't answer me. I said so when and how do I get back that money she goes on to tell me that the funds will be returned in 8-10 working days. How is it possible that it can take so long for funds to bounce back unless the funds was received and must no be returned. This lady was so unhelpful and unfriendly she basically had an attitude of weather you like it or not. I cant and don't want to wait 10 days for money that does not belong to Nedbank in the first place.
