Struggling to get my refund!!!

I have a personal loan with Nedbank and have a debit order running on my business account every month which goes off on the last day. On the 4th November an additional debit was run on my personal account for the same loan which was not authorized by me and I am now struggling to get my money back. I spoke to Elizabeth at the call centre on the 7th November and was advised that she would request the refund to my personal account.By the 22nd November I had not received my refund and went to the Three Rivers branch and was assisted by Otelinda Ramos. She was not friendly or helpful at all and made me feel as though I was wasting her time. She was on the phone back and forth to the call centre and would "roll her eyes" every now and again and seemed irritable. After spending more than a hour in front of her there was still no solution and she gave me another number to call and she told that it would take between 7 and 14 days to receive my money. I called the said number again on the 25th November and was once more told that they would request a refund and would again take time. I am now tired of going back and forth and would like someone to assist me to get my money back!!!
