Overcharged new client .. No no no!!!

I applied for a personal loan with Nedbank. Everything was perfect. Service was excellent. So much so that i decided to move my cheque account from FNB over to Nedbank because they really wanted to help me.

I opened the account and because i wanted to keep the account active i put my emergency petrol money into it.

As it was coming to the end of the month i tried to put petrol in with the money i put in the account. It was declined. Insufficient funds. I quickly checked my balance on the amazing nedbank app suite and i was at a minus. They took almost R200 bank fees. My account has not even been open for a week. Aparently when i phoned this was the greenbucks rewards program that was billed incorrectly.
They then promissed to refund me on ref number #62778203

This was a week ago. I phone every day and each time its either before end of the day or in 48 hours. I dont have petrol any more!!! What am i suppose to do now? When i opened the account they where full of promises. And i must say that nedbank has dissapointed far more then FNB has ever done.

And now i must simply wait. until they finally decide they want to do something. How am i suppose to get home?
