Monies need to be reversed-Clicks Credit Card

On the 12 March 2013 i mistakely deposited R1035 into my click credit card which i have closed a while back, i called the credit card call center and they have advised me my monies will be reversed, after numerous calls they asked me for my bank statement into which the monies need to be deposited and i supplied them with that immediately, the perosn name who its was sent to was Kedi Bone, prior that i was asked to send a mail to enquiries atating what happened and account details which was also done, this matter has been dragging along since the 12th and i called in again this morning and the agent tols me nothing has been reversed by accounts as the monies are still in my account, today is the 3 April 2013, i was expecting a call from David yesterday as well which did not happen either, i called again today and they said accounts have done nothing about it.im now sick and tired with this level of service, its pathetic
