I called the call center to get a banking fee reversed which was not suppose to be charged to my credit card. In the process some one from Standard Bank cancelled my British Airways credit card in error.
Why can this mistake not be reversed!?
I do not have the time to go to the bank to collect a new card with a new number, then stand in more queues to set up the new credit card on internet banking.
does this also mean i will need to get a new garage card as it is linked to my credit card?
Surely if this was a mistake by standard bank the error can be reversed? if not can the card be delivered to me?
