I emailed a regarding payments i made from my clicks credit card to a Chubb account for payments since last year then when i received a statement from Chubb showing these amounts havent been paid i queried it and found out the accounti have been paying into has been closed. i have aske Clicks to reverse these monies back to my credit card in order for me to pay the correct account but they refused and said to speak to Standard bank when i already advsied that Standard said they need to reverse my money. I am sick and tired of going back and forth re this money. Please reverse the monies which i again have emailed this morning to your enquiries email as i am sitting with an arrears account due to this.
