FNB. HOW CAN WE RIP YOU OFF! AND YOUR CASH

I CLOSED MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT ON THE 8.07.2013. THEN 2 MONTHS AGO SOMEONE DEPOSITED MONEY INTO THIS ACCOUNT BY MISTAKE. FNB TOLD THEM TO CONTACT ME BECAUSE I WAS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER TO GET THE MONEY REVERSED. BEING A GOOD SAMARITAN I DID SO! FNB REVERSED THE MONEY TWICE TO THIS PERSON, THEIR MISTAKE! SO YESTERDAY I WAKE UP TO AN SMS THAT SAYS THEY DEDUCTED THE MONEY FROM MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT, FOR THEIR MISTAKE CAN YOU BELIEVE IT. I THEN HAD TO GO MAKE A SCENE AT THE BANK, SO THEY REVERSED IT, BUT WITHOUT RETURNING THE R40 SERVICE FEE THAT WAS CHARGED! TODAY I LOG ON TO MY ONLINE BANKING AND SEE THAT A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT HAS BEEN OPENED WITH A NEGATIVE BALANCE. WHAT THE!!! I PREVIOUSLY USED MY CREDIT ACCOUNT TO PUT MY SAVINGS IN NOTHING ELSE. i'M SO FED UP I WANT TO PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION AGAINST FNB.
