I went to Absa Branch spoke to the agent about the closure of my Credit card, I was told that I can call the call center which I did at the Absa Branch. The time I called a call center agent said they could not process this due to their systems having problems now that was on the 02/08/2013, I was informed that once this is done Absa will let me know. I waited until the 10/08/2013, then I called the call center again, explaining this whole issue (twice now!!!), I was told not to worry this will happen. Now Today 29/08/2013, I got a statement that I owe some monies on my account. At the time I called I owed nothing, so now Absa must tell me who must pay for these monies owed. First of all that's why I choose not to use Absa due to such bad service they offer these days.
