Debit Order Not Legal, Bad Service. Notifications

Whilst in Standford for the weekend, I had a friend transfer monies from Standard bank to Standard bank as this was need to return home. The money was deposited and a notification on my cellphone to advise that it was available and that Standard Bank obviously had taken there bank charges within minutes. I then go to ATM to draw money and to my surprise only a small balance. So I promptly call the call center who were most unhelpful, and then spending more monies on pay as you go I then go threw to a gentleman. Reference number 54524279 who advised me that as soon as the money was put in HDL Trading went illegally took monies off my account, I instructed him to return the debit order as I did know this company. He told me it would be done then my phone ran out of monies. The only one was him that called back. He advised the monies was reversed and that I could call back the next day and they would clear it. Well guess what I called back and was told IT TAKE 48 HRS WORKING DAYS YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT. I called Sunday and spoke with Phumla she advised the system were down and she would call me back. STILL WAITING. STANDARD BANK YOUR STAFF NEED TRAINING WERE IS MY CALL
