Unhelpful and frustrating HOW CANT WE HELP YOU!!!

My mother is 80 years old! She had repeatedly called the call centre, with no response. So I contacted the call centre of her behalf. Having a FNB credit card, she only receives sms when monies are withdrawn, and not when monies are credited, therefore she never knows if monies are in, and has to phone for her balance.before she can shop. I called the call centre, who asked the normal security questions, one of which was when last did you use your credit card. I advised that we used it the day before, at Woolworths for approximately R1585.00. I was told
INCORRECT ANSWER, I need the exact figure in order to continue. How unhelpful!!! I asked for the team leader, Pumi who assured me they would 'conduct and investigation' into why mom was not receiving sms's, and would revert within two days. After two days I contacted them again, to be told that 'Pumi is off today'. I then asked for someone in charge, Christina, who assured me she would contact my mother. I asked her 'what about', she said to do a security check!!! Again, not at all helpful, I am not asking for a limit increase
