Did a deposit at the begining of March 2013 at a ATM in Hydepark, then waited a few days for it to reflect and so the monies reflected. Now today on the 12th of April 2013 I recieve an sms saying NO ENVELOPE with a deduction of the monies I deposited. I have phoned standard bank and they say to me I must go in to the Hydepark Branch and sort it out there. I dont have time for this matter that the bank caused. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS WITH STANDARD BANK AFTER THIS MATTER HAS BEEN SORTED OUT!
