Carlab quality and Santam attitude

After the Carlab had my vehicle in to repair the hail damaged about 5 months ago, i am still batteling to get the vehicle sorted out. I have phoned Santam HQ and has spoken to Pam who is just passing th buck back to Braam Botha who cannot make a discission on behalf on Santam. I have also spoken to Adel and just about the whole company, and the responce is the same throug out the whole HQ. The attitude is the same with all the people at HQ. They are not their to serve their customers but can only provide excusses. The Carlab has dammaged my vehicle more that the hail did. I dint want this vehicle as per the previous discussions as i am the person that is losing. Kirk also dont deal with any problems, as he has got people also not dealing with the customers problems. It is a commedy of errors. Santam take owernership of your problems and resolve it before it is to late!!!
