Delayed refund and overall incompetence

I have loans with African Bank and I recently applied for and was placed under debt review, African Bank was informed of this and documentation was sent to the bank as proof of this (my debt counsellor and I spoke to Paul Mpolokeng who informed us that the cancellation would be done and that no deductions would be made from my salary). These deductions were made irrespective of this and the bank promised to refund on the 1st of March more specifically Surentha Govender who was very rude, I was not refunded on the first of March and they kept telling me it would be done at the end of the day on some days they would say within 24 hours on other days they would say by 3 in the afternoon. One Kyle McClean even made the excuse that my refund was paid into the wrong account after I had given them my bank statement with my account details and then on the 7th of March I was refunded a portion of what was due to me. I contacted Paul Mpolokeng who shifted the buck and told me that he didnt deal with refunds and he was just assisting me when he was the one managing my case in the first instance. I have sent numerous e-mail to Kyle who has yet to respond and I am still waiting.
