I had a loan with African bank a long time ago but it was handed over to the lawyers Anthony & Richardson in cape town they called me to make an arrangement on how to pay that account but in the mean time I had an arrangement with African bank they where deducting R200.00 on my account every month so I told them since the outstanding balance was only R1711.00 I will settle the account on the 26th of April they said if I settle the account they will give me a discount which was valid until the end of April the amount of R1370.00 so on the 26th of April I did just that I paid R1370.00 into their FNB account and I faxed them the proof of payment after all that I called African bank (Branch) because I saw that they were still deducting money even thou the account was settled in April there was a deduction in April and in may they told me to call the customer service for refund.
I called the customer service line on 0861111011 I spoke to a lady called Mandy she told me she will log a query and she gave a ref no 9492957 and she told me the money will be refunded after 48hours, after 48 hours I called again I spoke to Scelo Nkosi he told me I should wait for the sms I waited and received
