No response regarding my query

I previously wrote a report on African deducting more than half my salary. I had arrangements in place with them, but they went ahead and took all my money. Shortly after i complained, i received a call from African Bank from a gentleman named Peter, and I also received an email from a R Naidoo. They now want me to forward a copy of my bank statement, but yet in April they did not have the problem of deducting the correct amount. I changed my bank detail with them in feb/may already, so now due to them, I dont even have money to buy food for my children!!! I advised them that i am struggling to get the bank statement from the sanlam liquid account where i bank as they are part of Bidvest, but they do not have a walk in centre. I was then advised that they will see what they can do, but I have never heard from them again. I also lodged a complaint against my bank for giving me such grieve just to get a statement of my own account. Peter from african bank told me that he would email me on my gmail account and on my blackberry account, but i received absolutely noting thus far. I got paid 25/05/2013 - I still have not received my refund money!! Do I need to report them? I think so
