I received a Call on the 5th of September from an agent by the name of Kgomotso, who called to let me know that i can be able settle my account over the phone without going to the Branch, i had a loan and i was paying R1553.09 every month and according to her the Settlement of that loan was R25000. and that amount was deducted from my bank account, she then confirmed that the loan was settled. to my surprise yesterday there was a debit order deduction of R1553.09 and i called the call centre more than 4 times with no Help. as most of the consultant can't assist i need to call a different department. i then Spoke to Lungile who was able to listen and assist, she escalated the issue to a supervisor by the name of Adesh who was suppose to call me. but i haven't received a Call from Anyone. i want my Refund of R1553.09 that was deducted in my account. Kgomosto was only concert with her Commission and didn't't do her job well . and how did she know that i wanted to settle my account?? do sales consultant check customers account?? i was planning to go to the furniture store to settle the account but she called me. all i want is my REFUND . as a costumer i was given wrong infor.
