I TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH AFRICAN BANK IN FEBRUARY 2013, IN MARCH I CHANGED MY BANKING DETAILS AND NOTIFIED AFRICAN BANK THAT I WILL PAY MARCH INSTALLMENT IN CASH. I PAID THE INSTALLMENT ON THE 1 APRIL AND ON THE 5 APRIL MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED. I CALLED THE CALL CENTER A COUPLE OF TIMES AND SPOKE TO A LADY CALLED PHUMELELE WHO SAID I MUST SEND A COPY OF MY BANK STATEMENT AND ID COPY TO [Email Removed] WHICH I DID. EVERYTIME I CALL THE CALL CENTRE THEY TELL ME TO SEND MY BANK STATEMENT AND ID WHICH I HAVE SENT FOR MORE THAN 4 TIMES NOW.
