Debit Card Renewal

Fnb charged me R150 for a Card they did not call me about or delivered. They did not call me or anything so I am aware of nothing. My Debit card expires May 2014 and they renew it on my cost to facilitate themselves and did no correspondance with the client or any communication. They subtracted R150 from my account on 08/12/2012 for courier fee for an card I did not recieved. I at least got an sms on 13/01/13 that tell me my card going to exp 11/02/2013. My next point is that I have always have to Call them. Call this call centre ot that one and if you call them you never get thru' and it cost you all the time money for a bank that give You nothing. They charge you for everything and will never phone you back and their call centre throw you from the one section to the other till your at no 1 again. I am really getting tired of this and I am prepared to get another Bank. Really you are showing so much of with your advertising but can not live up to your promises. You said if you apply for an new account you will deliver free but if your a current account holder you get charged for everything even if the client is not aware of anything. Fnb how can we??? you
