Bad Customer Service

I was defrauded on the 31st of January, someone withdrew money from my cheque account and I still had my card with me, they total amount withdrawn is R5500, Reported the matter to fnb and applied for another card and I still dont have the new card. The lady who was serving me told me that to deliver my card it will cost R120, I was so suprised as FNB advertise all the time that they deliver free of charge. i have not received an sms or phone call to come collect my card. This matter was reported on the 31st, on the 5th I received a message (sms) from the department saying debit card claim acknowledged then I phone them to ask what does this mean, they said it means they have just opened the case. This is a concern with all the advertising FNB does and wondering how was I defrauded when I have a chip card. The customer service is shocking, the lady who was serving me at the branch had no clue of what she is doing.
